Returns

We offer a full refund on any product returned within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

• The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
• A proof of purchase or order number is included with the return.

For the safety of all customers, and due to the personal-care nature of our products, we are unable to accept opened or used items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at hello@one11life.com before initiating a return. Include your order number and a photo if possible, and we'll resolve it as quickly as we can.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
